The pages linked below contain samples and overviews of my work in four major areas: Writing, Editing, Technical Communication, and Teaching. These four general areas show how broad and diverse my capabilities are and how I can adapt myself to a variety of tasks.

 

Writing Samples:

I have included several writing samples. Two of them are academic work, one is a piece of journalistic writing, and a fourth is both sports writing and persuasive writing. I also have links to more writing samples, but these four are the pieces I am highlighting.

 

Editing Projects:

On this page, you will find overviews of some of the organizations for which I have edited. I have detailed the types of tasks and projects I've worked on in each editorial role.

 

Technical Skills:

This page includes some of my best work using various software to communicate — Wordpress, RoboHelp, and Google Maps — as well as a usability report for using an archive's digital interface.

 

Teaching Portfolio:

Here I have uploaded documents from my Composition I class. I have taught this class twice. I have also included my teaching philosophy, an annotated syllabus, and observation documentation.
